With 25 years of marketing and people experience, Bennett has been responsible for leading national brand strategy, overseeing internal and external communications and all creative and strategic marketing deliverables that touch prospective and existing candidates, employees, and customers. Before joining Vision Solar, Bennett was the head of Marketing and Communications at Power Home Remodeling, the nation’s largest residential remodeler, and Senior Vice President at Allebach Communications, responsible for the agency’s food, fragrance and finance accounts including Stetson Cologne, Univest National Bank, and Sabra Hummus.
Over the past decade, Bennett has been focused on developing a purpose-driven approach to marketing and content development. Purpose that starts in the training room with a core focus on personnel, pushing values over profitability — with the goal of becoming the best version of yourself and having that translate to the customer. With that approach, Bennett saw his previous company grow from $40M to over $1B in annual revenue and ranked the #1 Best Place to Work for Millennials by FORTUNE Magazine.
A native of New York and San Francisco, Andelman holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Theatre Arts from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters Degree from Carnegie Mellon University. He currently resides in Philadelphia with his wife and three children.
